MulberryGroupware 2.0 EDMS
Mulberry Groupware 2.0 Electronic Document Management System provides an automation of internal operations and inter-departmental workflow for organisations with a staff of over 50. The software has been used in over 300 institutions by over 12,000 users in five countries over the past four years.. Automated Appointment Scheduling System for GoAM (Ongoing)
Project is aimed at development of an Appointment Scheduling Portal and Appointment Module in backend system (Mulberry), which will provide a facility for submission of the appointment request through any website. The appointment scheduler will check on the available slots and offer the available time for appointments. Citizens will be able to select the preferred day and time to avoid waiting time and queues when they will arrive. The hosting entity will get a notice about the scheduled appointment to their calendars and a reminder shortly before the appointment.
Modernization of UOS System and establishment of on-line portal for Government Services (Cancelled by contractor)
The purpose of the EU fundede EuropeAid/140414/DH/SER/AM project was to develop unified software platform for provision of Governments services to citizens and businesses in Armenia through online e-gov.am portal and unified service operator service centres. Supply and installation of system for electronic normative legal acts (Ongoing)
The http://www.arlis.am/ Armenian Legal Acts information System is aimed at full automation of the legislative process in Armenia. Electronic components for legal act adoption and publication have been operational in Armenia from 2005. The arlis.am portal which publishes all adopted legal acts in Armenia is available to the public, and includes the database of new legal acts being adopted and amended in the Republic of Armenia. The purpose of this project was to establish a unified electronic system for initiation, processing approval, and publication, of legal acts in Armenia. The system allows for establishing different workflows depending on legal act type, and integration with existing Mulberry EDMS to enable internal approval procedures for Government entities. Read more.
Development of Unified Portal of Citizen Feedback, Call Center and Mobile ID Systems (Ongoing)
The main purpose of the project was to develop the unified portal of citizen feedback (assessment of satisfaction), and the introduction of a unified system of call center ("HOT LINE" service) of RA State bodies and Mobile ID System. The project was aimed at developing a Citizen Feedback system to receive and analyze electronically, data concerning citizen satisfaction with all services rendered by State bodies, creating a hot line telephone service for citizens and recording in the Citizen Feedback system the issues and questions raised by citizens via the hot line, and providing for electronic feedback between the systems rendering services to citizens electronically and the Citizen Feedback system for exchange of data regarding the level of citizen satisfaction with the quality of the services rendered. Supply and Installation of Software and IT Equipment for Tax Audit Case Management and Analytical Tools’ Systems
The specialized Analytical Tools’ System is based on any type of collected business transaction data. The Big Data processing system enables statisticians and other analytics professionals to analyze growing volumes of structured transaction data, plus other forms of data that are often left untapped by conventional business intelligence (BI) and analytics programs. The Analytical Tools’ System is governed by current data analytics technologies and techniques which provide a means of analyzing data sets, and drawing conclusions on them to assist the State Revenues Committee (SRC) to make informed business decisions. Upgrade and integration of electronic document management system  for Armenian Government
The PSMP3-GO-2-2-3/1 Supply and Installation of Upgrade and Integration of G2G systems for public administration project aimed ate modernization of existing "MulberryGroupware" electronic document management system. Modernised and upgraded electronic document management system allows these Government agencies to enhance their efficiency, and enable transformation of additional tasks such as voting, discussion, etc. from paper to electronic platform. It provides the Government an opportunity to increase significantly its control over implementation of both Government and the Prime Minister’s decisions, and track documents within Ministries. As a result of EDMS modernization, Government agencies have faster access to documents, are able to increase the number of online applications from citizens, and share public information via their websites without additional effort and resources. Supply and installation of e-Consulate System (modules) and IT equipment
The purpose of the PSMP3-GO-2-2-8 “Supply and installation of e-Consulate System (modules) and IT equipment” project was to modernize and enhance the “e-consulate” system within the framework of the component “e-Governance solutions for improved service delivery” and to create a capability for modernization, enhancement of the operating system, and provision of new services, through an on-line filing portal. The system will be integrated with the current payment system of RA for accepting possible payments, with the responses to applications being delivered to citizens by means of a mailing service. Portal to enable transparent and easy discussion over draft legal acts being adopted by Government entities of RA
The purpose of the ENPI/2016/381-171 (EC) Development of on-line interactive portal to enable transparent and easy discussion over draft legal acts being adopted by Government entities of RA project was to establish an interactive on line portal for publication, discussion, commenting and voting over draft legal acts that any government entity is planning to adopt. The project aimed at facilitation of discussion on Armenian draft regulations and laws for the state institutions and public discussion via an on line platform allowing access of civil society to the draft regulations/laws with possibility to make suggestions, comments that should be automatically included in the summary of suggestions and comments of the draft to secure transparency of law making and enforce the ownership of civil society. Read more.
Improving the legal and regulatory environment for anti-money laundering and combating terrorist financing
The objective of the MOFCBP-C-2.2 Improving the legal and regulatory environment for anti-money laundering (AML) and combating terrorist financing (CTF) framework project was to develop legal, regulatory and institutional framework for AML/CTF (Anti Money Laundering and Combating Terrorism Financing) and align it with international standards for gambling industry of Armenia. This sector is perceived of being of a high risk for ML/FT and there are big challenges in ensuring the appropriate control and mitigation of all identified risks of this sector Due to refining of the legislative framework and tools, it is planned to make the risks in the field of gaming more visible and manageable.  Read more.
Development of e-governance tools in Justice
The main purpose of the EuropeAid/136582/DH/SER/AM “Development of e-governance tools in Justice” project is to strengthen the development of e-governance initiatives through legal framework improvement and deployment of different e-applications in Armenia, to transform the way in which the Government interacts with citizens and businesses, as well as to change the way that Government agencies interact with each other. Some project activities included Modernisation of the business register of legal entities and its integration with overall e-governance infrastructure of Armenia - the existing business register enabled only online registration of start-ups with no provision for on-line registration of ongoing change and any modification to company information. Revision of the existing system enabled these options. Modernisation of the e-notary system and its integration with the overall e-governance infrastructure of Armenia - the e-notary system has been modernised to integrate with existing e-gov systems for better data accuracy and efficient data exchange with relevant Government bodies.  Read more.
Improving the efficiency of the management and supervision of Public Assets in the Kyrgyz Republic
The purpose of the INT-FIRN-I.A.I “Improving the efficiency of the management and supervision of Public Assets by defining uniform guidelines and templates for data collection and establishing a centralized State Asset record-keeping system in the Kyrgyz Republic” Project was to improve the efficiency of the management and supervision of public assets by defining uniform guidelines and templates for data collection, and establishing a centralized State asset record-keeping system in the Kyrgyz Republic. The project was aimed at establishment of electronic system to enable all Government institutions to submit their asset reports online and in electronic form and developing relevant system user and administration manuals for continuous system operation following project withdrawal.  Read more.
Establishment of a unified electronic address registry
The creation of a unified electronic address registry aimed at integration of all addresses registered in the State Population Register of RA, Real Estate Cadastre of RA, and Haypost CJSC, their synthesis, conversion to common format, and manually entering missing addresses. The developed database enables future integration with the geographic information system. 
This system is accessible as a website www.address-register.am and is a real-time source of information on addresses for RA public administration and private systems. Modern data exchange protocols.

Development of on-line application submission system for the Consular Department 
This assignment of Development of on-line application submission system for the Consular Department of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs proposed provision of registration of residential addresses of Armenian citizens abroad and modernisation of the existing on-line application module of the e-visa system, to incorporate changes resulting from upgrade to the border management system. To comply with requirements, modernisation of on-line module of the e-visa system needed re-programming of existing multilingual (three languages: Armenian, English and Russian) module, or development of a new module. Developing a technology solutions for publication of on-line judicial statistics of Armenia
The overall objective of JR/C1/006 "Developing Institutional Setting, Procedures, Information Technology Solutions and Templates For Periodic Publication of Modernized On-Line Judicial Statistics" for Armenia project was to assist the Republic of Armenia in further development of the quality of judicial services, increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the work of the judiciary in Armenia through establishment of a sustainable electronic system, aimed at collecting and processing necessary data connected to the functioning of the judiciary system. This, then, can be used in public evaluation of judiciary work, enable the RA Government to identify and diagnose existing problems, and to direct further reform efforts. Transactional e-Governance Development in Armenia Project

The project ENPI/2012/297-958 (EU Funded) “Transactional e-Governance Development in Armenia” Project was to assist the Government of Armenia in its quest for better e-services for citizens. The project supported the development of e-Governance initiatives through legal framework improvement, and deployment of different e-Applications in Armenia to transform the way that Government interacts with its citizens and businesses, as well as to change the way that Government agencies interact with each other. The project included three basic components; transactional e-governance support - review of legal framework of the RA, e-governance action plan, establishment of electronic register of vehicles and driver licences, electronic register of civil status acts, and online citizen portal to enable gateway to e-governance services provided by the Government. Read more.

Development of an on-line electronic declaration system for high-ranking officials in Armenia
The WB Funded Development of an on-line Electronic Registry of High-Ranking Officials project aimed at ensuring the proper conduct of high-ranking officials, to rule out the conflict of public and private interests, and to strengthen public trust towards public institutions. In order to ensure the efficient organisation of Commission activities, analysis of reports, and to ensure the course of complaints filed by citizens, the introduction of a unified information system is envisaged which will consist of the following components; electronic system for completing declarations, a website ensuring publication of data, available to the public, on the official webpage of the Commission and a system for storing and analysing declaration data. Read more.
Introduction of E-Governance System for the State Registry of Legal Entities Of The Republic Of Armenia
One of the most successful e-governance reforms in Armenia, giving the ability to eliminate all barriers for new business registration. The project proposed complete modernisation of business processes and old databases in the Republic of Armenia State Registry of Legal Entities. Deployment of the system was aimed at improving the business environment, decreasing duration of registration and through application of One Stop Shop principle ensure registration of legal entities and sole proprietors during only one visit. Development of an automated backup and archive subsystems for the Government of Armenia.
The project "Development, testing and integration of an automated backup and archive sub-systems for the Electronic Document Management System of the Government of Armenia" introduced an automated backup and archive system for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) in 30 public organisations of Armenia using the EDMS for internal document processing and electronic document exchange. Deliverables included development of cross backup software to enable automated backup of the system and of centralized backup software to enable backup of EDMS on the Government central repository.  Read more.
Development of Software for statistical database of main indicators of economy of Armenia
The purpose of the IFMTCC-G-2.1.1 "Development of Software for statistical database of main indicators of economy of Armenia" project was to capture structured and unstructured data from various databases related to indicators of the economy, State treasury, etc. data storage, data analysis, search, sharing, transfer, visualization and querying aimed at predictive analytics, user behavior analytics, and certain other advanced data analytics methods defined by the Ministry of Finance. The Assignment resulted in the establishment of an online system for periodic publication of the statistics of the main economic indicators for Armenia. This system contains flexible solutions and tools with standard interfaces to allow future connection, upon availability, of new databases and systems. Development of an On-Line Electronic Pension and Financial Literacy Portal for Armenian Government
The objective of "PPAFL-2.1.2C Development of On-Line Electronic Pension and Financial Literacy Portal" project was to increase awareness in the population, improve financial knowledge, and provide high quality services, ensuring the best public understanding of new pension system advantages and profitability. The portal established different calculators where any citizen can calculate the size of their pension by entering the required set of non-personal data and represented all relevant legal and other information on the pension system. Read more.

Customisation and complete automation of document processing in 13 Ministries and 10 Marzpetarans.
