The purpose of the project was to establish an interactive on line portal for publication, discussion, commenting and voting over draft legal acts that any government entity is planning to adopt. The project aimed at facilitation of discussion on Armenian draft regulations and laws for the state institutions and public discussion via an on line platform allowing access of civil society to the draft regulations/laws with possibility to make suggestions, comments that should be automatically included in the summary of suggestions and comments of the draft to secure transparency of law making and enforce the ownership of civil society.
